ESD Staff,
As the holiday season approaches, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to each of you. Your commitment to our students, families, and school community has been inspiring.
This year has brought its share of unique challenges, yet your dedication, hard work, and resilience have continued to shine. You impact our students' lives daily, helping shape their futures and create a positive learning environment.
Please take this time to rest, recharge, and enjoy moments with loved ones. May this holiday season bring you joy, peace, and a memorable time with family and friends.
Wishing you all a safe and joyful holiday season.

Big congrats to Taryn McPheeters for nailing the best guess on how many chocolates were crammed into the tree beverage dispenser! Well done, Taryn! And for those curious about our dental insurance, give her about a month—she’ll be our resident expert after sampling her sweet, sweet winnings! 😄🍫🦷
A standing ovation for Dana Mohn, who absolutely nailed the art of ugly fashion—so much so that her peers crowned her the reigning queen of hideousness. Dana, you didn't just rock the ugly; you turned it into a masterpiece. Bravo! 👏😂
Wednesday afternoon's Legislative Forum was a great success! We were honored to host Oregon Senator Dick Anderson, Representative Court Boice, and Representative Boomer Wright. They shared valuable updates and engaged in thoughtful discussions, answering questions from our district superintendents and board members. Thank you to everyone who participated in this important conversation!

Halloween at South Coast ESD has us seeing double—and triple! Tara 1, Tara 2, and Crystal Vader are rocking Dr. Seuss-inspired costumes today, turning the office into Seussville. We've got Thing 1, Thing 2, and a very convincing Cat in the Hat roaming the halls, causing mischief and spreading cheer. Rumor has it they’ve hidden 'Green Eggs & Spam' in the staff fridge. Proceed with caution!

School’s back in session! Let’s all keep an eye out for our future geniuses, give those yellow buses a little extra love, and buckle up for a year that will be as awesome as recess!
